The Rochester International Film Festival, sponsored by Movies on a Shoestring, Inc., is the longest running short film festival in the world. Started in 1959, this is the 50th year. The festival includes animation, comedies, documentaries, and narratives from across the country and around the world. Each program will contain seven to 8 different films.
