Fifteen-year-old Sarah (Jennifer Connelly) must rescue her baby brother from an otherworld ruled by the King of the Goblins (David Bowie, who also performs several songs). Monty Python’s Terry Jones wrote this imaginative collaboration for Muppet master Jim Henson and conceptual designer Brian Froud (also co-creators of The Dark Crystal).
