You Don’t Know Jack: Jack Nicholson in the ’70s. Members Movie Night! Second-rate scam artist Nicky (Warren Beatty) works his way into the heart of millionaire heiress Fredericka Bigard (Stockard Channing), convincing her to marry his best friend Oscar (Jack Nicholson) so that they can cross state lines without violating the Mann Act. When the trio arrives in California, the con is on, but Fredericka proves to be a worthier adversary than previously thought. Nicholson — always a reliable comic actor — really gets a chance to shine in this underrated screwball farce from director Mike Nichols and screenwriter Adrien Joyce (Five Easy Pieces).
